what is the point of fair for you having a email address if you are just going to ignore emails for 5+ days and still no reply ( not counting weekends ) i need my account closing due to i cant use the card because fair for you wont change the otp texts number so kindly close my account ! bev c
This is less a review but more of a recognition for the outstanding customer service i today received from a very pleasant gentleman Mike.... I called up a worried about my account and he very quickly assured me that there was a solution and a way to assist, i felt he went above and beyond the call of customer service and made a difficult phone call turn round into one of the most pleasant conversations id had in a week of illness and stress. Absolutely he is a credit to fair for you and i am grateful it was him that helped me today. Very understanding with fantastic empathy.
