I attached a bill with my address on it and both times they rejected it in the space of 5 minutes saying it was edited, which it was not.
Then I win $2000 aud shortly after trying to verify my account so I decided to send them the actual pdf file of my bill, gave it 10 minutes but account was still not verified so spoke to chat and they then said we need 3-5 business days to look at the file.

I would like to know how after about 12 thousand dollars. I can not get a win no matter what. I used to think this casino was very fair. I usually get a win at least once a fn .
