I could not login to my account on my TV and the other operator on the phone was very helpful and talked me through step by step and was very patient with me when putting my details in to the Disney+ website. I just want to say thank you to the staff for helping me at 1:36 in the morning. Thank you to the staff. 5 stars
I really don’t see the issues others are facing. If your internet is very slow, you'll experience lag and buffering, particularly in a household with multiple devices. A speed of 500 Mbps or higher works perfectly. I've never faced lag or buffering, and there are no ads. If you're seeing ads, it’s likely because you’re on a basic plan that includes them. That’s not the service's fault. If you want an ad-free experience, consider upgrading to a premium plan, similar to other platforms! I think it’s fantastic, with a wide range of shows and every Disney production available!

I'm unable to leave a lower rating. I'm tired of having to log in weekly on the same device. I tried logging in on another TV in my home but encountered a blank screen despite following the instructions. Many reviews here indicate how poor the app is and how disappointing the experience is. I canceled my subscription, as there's no point in paying for a service I can't access. It feels like the company doesn't care about its customers.
The service is often poor. It takes minutes to load after ads. I've been a subscriber since the start, and it was a good platform initially with a wealth of content at a reasonable price and no ads, which is crucial for me. Now, the only thing that plays without interruption is the ads. This situation is intolerable, and I'll be canceling my subscription. It feels like the company is greedy and lacks respect for its paying customers.
It's truly a rip-off. If they don't resolve the streaming issues, I will cancel. I'm only keeping it for my family’s enjoyment. It barely streams on mobile devices, and the TV apps are useless. As a bonus with an overpriced service, it's no surprise these two work together!
