They are money stealers. I spent $62 on a costume, the mask came damaged (missing an entire strap making it unwearable). I contacted them for assistance and to get a replacement mask and they offered me 20% off my next order (not happening ever again) and to keep the broken mask. I even sent pictures.

Please please please nobody buy from this company for the following reasons: I am currently trying to get a refund after I sent my parcel back (they don’t pay for return labels you have to) as a signed Royal Mail delivery. I checked a week later to see if they had received it and they had. Nobody told me that a refund would be issued after signing for it and now it has been a month. The costume I bought for a party I paid extra to get it sent in time and it turned up 5 days late! I emailed them, no one replies, on instagram no one replies! I honestly believe they are scam artists. So please never buy from this company especially if you don’t want to see your money returned to you. How can you run a business this way? Truly disgraceful
Would never order from them again. Ordered for Halloween and they couldn’t confirm arrival time even thought I ordered 3 weeks early. Said I needed to cancel the order before it shipped for a refund so I did that because again could not risk my kid not getting his costume. They suddenly start rapidly answering me when I threatened to cancel and they instantly shipped my costume after I had already ordered a new one. Then they start getting very nasty with me saying I can’t cancel because it shipped. It only shipped once I started threatening to cancel. Anyways then they tell me you can return it. Well their return policy says you can’t return if it it has a mask (mine does) and there is a restocking fee! And on top of that it has to be shipped to the U.K. so had they just cancelled me order like their policy states and like I asked them to, that would have worked. Nope. I spent $30 to return this to the U.K. THEY STILL HAVENT REFUNDED ME. I stopped payment for the original price but I’m still out $30 now and they got the costume back. Do not do business with these snakes. They haven’t responded to any of my requests for my refund.
Ordered a costume from fancydress and delivery was quick. Quality was decent, though a bit pricey for the material. Customer service was helpful when I needed assistance. However, packaging caused some inconvenience with bits sticking to the outfit. Overall, an okay experience, but improvements in packaging would be appreciated.
Potential Scam Company.Ordered a Safari Outfit in Mens "Large" It only just fits my 12yr old brother. Tried to contact them via phone and email. Phone disconnects after 3 seconds and emails bounce. Avoid Avoid Avoid.Also to add I'm not sure how old the costumes are but the paper accompanying the outfit was all torn to bits and damaged, wasn't a brand new outfit. I presume the outfits are second hand. If I could attach photos I would.
