I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this service. They sent me the wrong order before Christmas and have completely ignored all my emails to customer support. I'm planning to visit their warehouse soon to confront them directly and request a refund.
Fraudulent website. I ordered a retro gaming stick and consoles weeks ago, but I haven't received anything. There have been no updates, and they are ignoring my emails and the customer service form I submitted. It's appalling how they've taken my money and done nothing. I've contacted my bank to report fraud. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.
STEER CLEAR! Ordered a funny game for Christmas on December 1st, and it still hasn't arrived. No response from customer service either. I've lost £40! Total scam; I've learned my lesson, and it seems like these issues often arise with purchases made on social media!
I strongly advise against making purchases from this site. I placed an order on November 25, 2025, and I'm still waiting for it. When I requested a refund because my order was marked as unfulfilled, it later changed to fulfilled, and they refused to refund me. This has been a frustrating experience, and I will never buy from them again.
I believe a one-star rating is being generous. I received my order yesterday, and it was nothing like what was described in their advertisement. It's cheap and looks nothing like the pictures; definitely not worth the price I paid. I've emailed them requesting a returns label and a full refund. If they don’t respond, I will ask my bank to initiate a Section 75 claim. Complete SCAMMERS. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
I ordered a WW2 advent calendar in November. They took my money but never delivered. I emailed customer service and only got a generic holding reply. By the time it arrives, Christmas will be over… if it even arrives at all. Lesson learned; scam artists are still out there.
The delivery took much longer than expected. I wasn't given a tracking number until I emailed them multiple times. The advent calendar was a joke; it was supposed to be a WW2 aircraft die-cast, but I received rubber planes with no details. Not worth the money at all.
