My daughter and husband signed up for…

My daughter and her husband signed up for what was advertised as “fresh organic” produce. Instead, they received wilted vegetables, sweet potatoes already sprouting eyes, and even a rotten artichoke. The box only included a single piece of fruit and just two other vegetables—and the quality was terrible. Overall, the produce was disappointing and far from fresh. And their customer service is undesirable--when my daughter contacted them to request a refund and cancel her subscription, they only refunded part of the monthly fee... I do not recommend this service.

Terrible experience

Signed up at the flee market before…

Signed up at the flee market before going on vacation, worker said I wouldn’t get charged or sent boxes until I picked up manually. Came home to rotten groceries that I had to pay for. Worst subscription I’ve ever signed up for. I never even received account number or confirmation

Poor customer service and attention to detail

I want to express my significant dissatisfaction with recent service. For several weeks, I have received deliveries containing spoiled bananas. My attempt to address this via email received no response. Furthermore, my most recent delivery arrived at 7:30 p.m. and was left outside without any notification until 5:00 a.m. This is not an isolated incident, as my deliveries frequently arrive at inconsistent and late hours.> > When I contacted customer service regarding these issues, the representative was unhelpful and dismissive. They stated that the delivery window is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and implied that requesting the driver to ring the doorbell required a special note. Given that the perishable items are delivered in inadequate thermal bags, leaving them unattended for an extended period, especially in warm weather, results in spoiled food. On this occasion, after nearly ten hours, the food was warm and the ice packs were melted. The representative offered no resolution beyond reiterating the delivery window, leading me to cancel my subscription due to the consistently poor service and lack of support.

I have so many complaints from only 3…

I have so many complaints from only 3 deliveries, this will be difficult to put them all on here. I was signed up for a Wednesday delivery but Wednesday mornings I would find everything warm. I discussed with customer service to only have my dumplings replaced because they were frozen but nothing about the dairy products. Then they tell me they have a 2 day window of delivery with no notification of delivery and my deliveries have been coming at 10pm Tuesday night. I ask for a notification to not have this happen again and they said they could have the delivery call/text. The next delivery is at 9pm I get there in 20 minutes because I thought it would be at 10pm. Again my soup dumplings are not frozen, my pie is smashed. They didn't pick up the boxes or insulated bags. Plus, half of my order was wrong! They only would refund the dumplings, again. Not the smashed pie, or the items I did not order. It's such a shame their website and customer service are awful because I love the products they carry.

It's not organic at all

It's not organic at all. The eggs, for example, are full of antibiotics and growth hormones. I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary from a regular market, not recommended!

Poor Service

Good produce but poor customer service. Long line of customers waiting patiently in line only to be cut in front by randoms. We got told “it’s meant to be two lines” by some teenage employee that refused to give her name. Either make it clear that there are “two lines” or stfu. Truly appalling. Not a trying be a Karen but 100% will fight till the bitter end. Teach your staff how life works or be prepared to lose business.

Old produce sent

Old produce sent, hard to cancel, and overpriced is the first words that come to mind. I was signed up at a farmer market think I was supporting true local farmers, what a scam. The produce came old and expired within days. She told me the box was $27 but failed to mention that was for only a week. Customer service is nonexistent and quite rude. Go to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods and save some money. You probably are more like supporting someone local than this joke for a company.
