To say Toto loves his new food is an understatement! He is so excited for mealtimes and licks his bowl clean for about 10 minutes. After months of trying to find a suitable fresh food diet, I am so pleased to have found Paws on Plates. We transitioned slowly with zero tummy issues and I can already see an improvement in his energy levels. I would highly recommend this company and would love to see more recipes in the future. Having now given my miniature yorkie a week’s worth of Paws on Plates, I can safely say it’s the first dog food she doesn’t walk up to, sniff, and walk away from. She’s always excited and happy, and her bowl is licked clean. The food itself also looks quite appealing compared to other dog foods, which most of which are tinned. I’m so grateful to have finally found something she genuinely enjoys, to know she’s eating well and loving every bite.
great product. Sam is brilliant, another thing i noticed today the website is brilliant so easy to navigate, amend stuff. Everything about this company is spot on, i cant fault it. But, best of all the product is fabulous and £5.66 for a 600gm meal is tremendous value. Why would anyone use another company.

I am very impressed with the service provided. The ordering, delivery, storage, and modifications are all straightforward, but most importantly, the food is excellent and my dog loves it! Their website clearly explains their approach to dog food, which has worked wonders for my pet. She has reached her ideal weight, and her coat looks beautiful and shiny. The food arrives frozen and smells delightful once defrosted... we've even been tempted to try it for dinner ourselves! (just kidding). Regarding cost; yes, it is a bit pricey, but it's worth every cent.
I switched to this more budget-friendly option, which is about half the cost of my previous choice. My dog's health has improved significantly; she used to vomit weekly without any known cause, but now she has only vomited once in the last six months. The customer support is exceptional, and I couldn't be more satisfied.
My dogs love the food, but I've encountered numerous issues with orders and delivery. I was expecting a delivery on January 2nd that never arrived. After contacting them, they said it would come on January 6th, but it still didn't show up, and they don't update your records to reflect the new date. I've ended up paying for an order I thought would arrive on time. I had to reach out to them to find out what went wrong, and I still lack tracking for my order while being out of food. The food quality is excellent, but they need to improve the delivery and online account system.
