I order $175 worth of food two produce was faulty and immediately message them and was told to send. Video which I did, but they said they never received the email, so send picture, I did, now they want me to send the product back at my cost ..What disgusting customer service.Don’t buy from them scam artist
i enquired about a product that i ordered and was asked to send screenshots of my confirmation order. then they said that i ordered from a different company which is a downright lie i went to there website clicked on international and proceeded to checkout just like you would. and i did not recieve a trackng order nothing not even my product and they believe that i hadnt ordered from them which i did the confirmation i recieved and so fourth said farsali. do not purchase anything its a downright scam and they will not return your money, they are legit theives and i lost 54 dollars.
