I am writing to formally report an incident that took place during my visit to the dispensary on January 24, 2026, shortly after it opened. As the first customer checked in online, I was greeted by an unwelcoming demeanor from an employee. I realized I had forgotten my ID and quickly left to get it, returning within minutes. Upon my return, despite being first in line, I was told to wait in a longer queue. When I politely addressed this, the employee responded with a rude gesture and took my card dismissively. When my name was called, I asked who I could speak to about my experience. The employee then loudly and rudely yelled in front of other customers, escalating the situation unnecessarily. A manager intervened, but before I could explain, the employee continued to speak over me. This interaction was embarrassing and unprofessional, especially in front of other patrons. The manager seemed uncomfortable with how things were handled and provided me with contact information to report the incident. I am not looking to cause trouble but want to document behavior that was inappropriate and inconsistent with basic customer service standards. I expect to be treated with respect, especially when raising concerns calmly. I request that this incident be reviewed and that steps be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I would like to see a non-sticky protective film developed for ground flower purchases. If the jar tips over, a lot of the grounds stick to the lid, leading to a loss since it's hard to scrape off. Improvements in packaging would be appreciated. Thank you.
It took 30 minutes to receive my order. When I finally got it, the bag was stapled shut, preventing me from checking inside. Upon getting home, I found the seals were broken and the product looked like it had been replaced with low-quality material. It seemed like someone forgot to include the moisture bag during the switch. Unfortunately, I live two hours away. Please check your seals before leaving.
This place is truly disappointing. I was reprimanded for placing my ID on the counter. Then, I was overcharged by 50% without the staff noticing (this has happened before), and when I tried to use my points, I was ignored. A very frustrating experience; I wish there was a better option nearby.
First off, this location is incredibly convenient for me. They always have what I need in stock, and the deals are fantastic. I deal with a specific representative most of the time, and she is exceptional. The customer service is wonderful, and they always ensure my needs are met. I will definitely be coming back here.
