Facing slow shipping and a total lack of communication from customer support. Despite placing my order and being charged for delivery to my UK address, I have not received any shipping confirmation. I've tried to cancel the order by contacting all available channels on the website and even directly through social media, but I have received no responses, and the order remains unshipped and uncancelled.

I did not receive the mats. Unfortunately, the delivery service did not provide a tracking code or any notification regarding the package, which forced me to change my plans for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have previously bought this product in person, hence the three stars, but was let down by the online service and delivery.
I inquired about placemats and received a prompt response to my email directing me to where I could find the sets. They only had individual sets available, not the gift sets listed online. However, I was able to see the quality and beautiful craftsmanship in person. Ultimately, I ordered online, and my order was processed within a day. The sets arrived today, beautifully packaged in eco-friendly wrapping, and I can't wait to use them for my Christmas table.
I absolutely adore these unique curved placemats! I ordered them in White Grey, and they perfectly match my oval white acrylic stone table and brightly colored chairs. The edge of the placemats follows the table's curve beautifully. I also got the matching coasters and a wooden tray, and they look stunning together on my table.
