The download was flawless. I used a laptop not a phone so it was very easy to drag and drop the photos. Cannot access the provided file

After several attempts to open the file sent, I faced an error indicating that the file format is not supported. While it was meant to be in jpg format, it appears corrupted. My other jpg files function properly. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this service.

Multiple attempts to open the file...

After several tries to access the file sent to me, I received an error indicating that the file format cannot be opened. It was supposed to be jpg format, but it seems to be corrupted. My other jpg files work without issue. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this service.
