I would give zero stars if possible! Avoid this service; it seems legitimate but is definitely a scam. They took my money and sent nothing. There was no response to my emails, their website communications were ignored, and messages sent via the contact number were undelivered. I had to escalate the issue with my card provider to get a refund.
Zero stars would be more appropriate. They took our money and provided a receipt, but no order confirmation followed. Their portal shows no order. We reached out to their support with no reply and have initiated a chargeback for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
No stars would be ideal. Avoid this service at all costs. They will take your money and know how to delay disputes, even with payment services. The items may arrive but look poorly made. I regret not reading reviews beforehand and hope this site gets shut down.
