Delivery was problematic, with the runner distracted on their phone and forgetting items. Past experiences have been hit or miss, often not adhering to the delivery instructions.

Charged with No Delivery

I placed an order and was charged, but my food never arrived. The support team was unhelpful, and the runner did not respond to my messages. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Lack of Support from Customer Service

There are significant issues with customer support. The app has changed, limiting contact to chat only. I was charged multiple times for a single item and have received no responses after several attempts to reach support. I am deleting my account and do not recommend this service.

Dishonest practices

I worked as a Delivery Partner for @FavorDelivery and joined their 3-day promotion (Nov 4–6) that guaranteed between $22 and $26 per “Shop & Delivery” order, it was in the San Antonio texas area.(northside)I completed several orders under that promo, but later Favor said they didn’t qualify because they were “Shop & Pay” and not “shop and deliver”That distinction was never clearly explained in the promotion or inside the Runner app. Also, the app doesn’t show what type of order you completed afterward, so there’s no way to verify anything.I’m sharing this so other runners know before joining similar promotions. I ordered the Shrimp fried rice and 2 chicken wings the service was fast and my delivery driver Rachel was very friendly she made sure my food was hot. They forgot my chicken wings on the order so I text customer service and they refunded me for my order nice. Thank you

Favor Driver cancels order

I ordered from Cracker Barrel website (no reference to the delivery service used.) Paid w/ tip. Text link for order. Messages sent about the driver picking up the order etc. with time estimate for the delivery. About 50 minutes. Everything fine. Then the wait time began to increase . Then a message: Order cancelled. Tried to call with the Favor driver number given: The recorded message: This number is not set up to receive messages. Cracker Barrel stated they could not issue refund b/c it was with Favor. I was told the Favor driver cancelled the order????? Finally talked to someone in upper management at Cracker Barrel and order cancelled and second order put in. Same problem: Favor delivery: nothing for an hour. Wait time increased after an extended delay. Finally some help from the restaurant to resolve this issue with no help from Favor.(refund given by the restaurant) All this began at about 1 p.m. At around 5: call from Favor driver about my order and that he was at the restaurant to pick up the order (4 hours later!!!!) I would never order from anyone who uses Favor for delivery. The problem began when the Favor driver cancelled the order (no explanation) and no call to me. It's been very frustrating and time consuming. Never again!!!

The Favor Gold benefit terms change:The $10 off $50 purchase benefit that you receive is specifically tied to H-E-B Now orders, which is Favor’s quick grocery ordering service with a 15-item limit. This means that the $10 off $50 coupon applies only when the you place an order through H-E-B Now in the Favor app, not through other H-E-B order types or curbside pickup directly from H-E-B stores. 👎☹️

Notorious for OVERCHARGING YOU!

Almost every time I order food from Favor they give me one price, and then when it's delivered the price changes, and sometime a LOT! I recently ordered $22 worth of food and when they delivered it the NEW charge was $38. To me that's a BIG difference. Then you have to contact customer service and waste time trying to explain this to them. They are usually not too bright. It happens sooooo often that I have just given up and I only use Favor in an emergency!

THE WORST

If I could give it negative stars I would. I've had a missing item EVERY TIME I ORDER WITH FAVOR. And you have to message support every time to get it taken off. And support is so busy it takes nearly 20 minutes to finish a conversation with them. That should tell you something. I'm all for our fellow Mexicans working, especially honorably. But unfortunately the language barrier many of them have with even reading the order is not OK. They should at least be able to see the number of items ordered and do the math that they are missing something. The customer service sucks too. Overall very disappointed with the app and the service. Wish y'all could do better. As a native Texan i want to support you. As a consumer who has a busy schedule and appreciates delivery food on busy work days, I can't. Do better favor.
