Frustratingly Slow Experience for International Students

I have a dental insurance policy and submitted my treatment cost plan on July 25. Today is November 22, and I still haven't received a final decision. Each time I provide the required documents, they ask for more. Despite being an advanced policy holder with full coverage, they only paid a portion and now refuse to resolve outstanding issues without additional paperwork—documents my doctor claims don't exist in their system. As an international student, this entire process has been a nightmare. Instead of support, it feels like endless delays and complications. Their advertisements are appealing, but the reality is quite different. Proceed with caution before signing up.
