Great after sales customer service.
A handle on my chest of drawers had broken, I received a return call from manager Karen who organised for the warehouse to send out a replacement handle free of charge which arrived in a couple of days. Swift and competent, it’s nice to know customer service does still exist for some companies.

We enjoyed the service given by Alex and Richard at your Bracknell store. We were impressed Alex remade the beds we messed up while trying the mattresses without being asked.
