The customer service we received while selecting drapes was excellent. The store clerk was friendly, courteous, and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all my questions. Their knowledge and helpful guidance made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the support and would highly recommend their service.
The store displays are beautiful; merchandise looks great. Floor staff was present but not obtrusive. One small drawback: could not locate the price of a particular item (a certain table runner), either directly on the item nor on the shelf, but all in all, very nice experience.
Savannah at the Newmarket location was an exceptional at assisting me with my curtain colour selection. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made the experience a pleasure.
There were no proactive measures to help me with my online order. The manager gave me contradictory information with the email i received. Instead of helping me, she only told me that she couldn’t do anything for me.
Another Bouclair manager helped me by taking care of things for me.
The representative at the local store provided outstanding service! So helpful and accommodating, I wish more retailers had employees like this. She was attentive and assisted with my purchase, online order, and customization. Absolutely loved the experience!
The team was incredibly helpful. We were searching for blackout curtains measuring 108", but the local store had only one set in stock. A representative checked the inventory system and discovered one available in a nearby location and three in another. Unfortunately, those stores couldn't ship to the local area, so I need to make the long drive myself. The representative reached out to ensure the curtains were in stock, reserved them, and processed the transaction on my behalf.
The staff member assisting us was fantastic—extremely polite and well-informed. He has been with the company for nearly 5 years. Although I forgot to ask for his name during our visit on December 27th around 5:10-5:20 PM, I would appreciate it if you could convey our heartfelt gratitude to him for his help in purchasing two chairs.
Typically, when I visit this store, staff members check in to see if I need help. However, on this occasion, there were two employees unpacking boxes who seemed solely focused on their task, and another staff member I noticed briefly before he vanished. When I finally approached one of them for assistance, they appeared taken aback by my request. The individual who ultimately helped me was quite effective, but I could have benefited from his assistance much earlier. Overall, I was disappointed with the male staff today.
This rating does not reflect the service I received from the sales staff, as I always enjoy visiting this store, regardless of the location, and the employees are consistently professional and excellent. My feedback pertains to the handling of price tags on sale items, which has been an issue before. The tags are placed on prominent surfaces and are quite problematic; they can be peeled off, but even with careful attempts, remnants often remain. Even the staff member tried to assist but was unable to remove the tag from an item I bought today. I would appreciate it if the company could rethink the placement and material of these tags.
