I ordered a package for my wife's birthday on January 8th, scheduled for delivery on the 16th. On the delivery date, I received an email stating the package was delivered, but when I returned home, there was nothing there. I checked with my neighbors, and they hadn’t received it either. I reached out to both the company and the delivery service regarding this issue, but both have been extremely unhelpful. The company provided a delivery confirmation, but it clearly lacks my identification number, indicating that the driver did not deliver it to me or anyone else. Additionally, there was no attempt to contact me at the time of delivery. I cannot call the company as their phone line is non-functional, and I am now getting no replies to my emails. I spent money on a gift for my wife's birthday, and so far, I have received nothing. I demand a refund or my package! I will not be using this service again!
