I used to like this site because it was cheap, but they suck. I ordered a bag of food and treats that I never received. Spoke with customer service on the phone several times and all they did was tell me to contact USPS. Sent countless emails to customer service with no reply ever. They will not reimburse you if you do not receive the product you paid for. Once, a bag of food came infested with grain beetles that almost spread to my pantry.I also ordered a harness to replace one I'd lost that was a specific style. The one they sent me was completely different and extremely poor quality. I could have sewn a better one myself.

They suck

They suck. Yeah, in theory they are less expensive than others, however, they are efficient about debuting my checking account but not shipping the items. I’ve had to order from Amazon to get my ferrets through until his order arrives. My girl is sick and had to have Duk Soup. I’ll have to begin accepting the fact this this is not the way to go. No it’s not .

Not worth it, don't make the same mistake I did.

I ordered from this site over 3 weeks ago, everything I ordered stated it was IN STOCK...... but NOTHING has even shipped yet! They send you an email a week AFTER you order telling you they get their products from other sites/businesses and that shipping time was pretty much whenever they finally get around to it. I wanted to save a few dollars, and now I wish I had just used a reputable site like Amazon, petco or petsmart. I was hoping to get stuff soon, so that we could get my daughter a ferret, but now this has been delayed because I have no idea when all the supplies I ordered will arrive. Pretty disappointed in the lack of honesty and information from this site. I will never use again.

I've ordered from ferret.com a few …

I've ordered from ferret.com a few times now. Each time the shipping timeframe is much longer than they state. They're very poor at keeping the website stock quantities updated. Even with the lower pricing on a lot of items I will stick with ordering on Amazon, petco.com & petsmart.com. The shipping issues just aren't worth the hassel of saving a few dollars.
