DO NOT USE - USELESS PRODUCT AND WORSE SERVCIE

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered a custom pet dog iohone case. Received back the design which looked excellent. Delivery took a while but that was fair enough for something custom and from the US (I'm in UK). When the case arrived it looked excellent! It was a birthday present and I couldn't have been happier with it.The design totally rubbed off within a day! The case wasn't even stored in a pocket. Literally came off in your hands.I contacted customer services, sent pictures etc. Got promised another case that wouldn't have same issue. Last I heard from them. No case arrived and ignore every attempt at contact.Con artists and a shambles.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I used this company a couple of years ago and ordered quite a lot of items. I was so pleased with them all that I ordered again and it was a completely different experience. The 2nd canvas was blurry and the canvas paper was so thin that you can see the frame through it. I contacted them to tell them how disappointed I was with the poor quality and I eventually got a reply one week later saying that the quality has been updated and improved since my last purchase. This is obviously not the case as I had sent the photos of the two canvases as proof. I sent another email in response asking them to reprint the canvas on better quality paper and they haven’t replied! I will not be using this company again and have wasted about £60 on a canvas that I can not use

customer service leaves a lot to be desired

bought a phone case before christmas as a present, knew it would be tight to arrive beofre Xmas and wasn't expecting it to, but it didn't arrive until will into Feb as the first one's tracking said they delivered it to Canada when i'm in the UK. It then scratched within the first few hours of not very heavy use in the house. I contacted the company and they replied once asking for pictures and I haven't heard from them since, It's now April so i have waited long enough before publicly complaining. The image of my dog is cool and i would just like a replacement so i can add a protective layer this time before using it.

Never again

Their customer service is terrible. They can't fulfill orders on time and ignore emails asking for an update. I had to send them 3 emails and one "message" on live chat for them to finally reply that there were production delays. Finally received my order a month later than what was promised. The canvas looks nice at least. But I would order elsewhere especially if you need your item at a specific date. Oh and they also remove any negative comments on social media so people won't know how bad their service really is and how long the shipping takes. Any company that does this instead of addressing their short comings is not trustworthy in my opinion.

Customer services are a complete joke.

If I could rate this company 0 I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas delivery but am told today eventually after speaking with someone on live chat that it might not be delivered in time as still under production, even though the phone case was ordered over 3 weeks prior.I have sent them several emails regarding my order over the past week, but everyone of them have been ignored even though it states they will respond within 24 hours. I have been on live chat today for over 40 minutes as it took her over 14 minutes to check my account. They are an absolute joke.They are quick enough in contacting you when you first order and are quick enough in taking your money, but then they do not want to know and blame COVID for all their failings.
