I made a purchase on December 25, 2025, with a promise of shipping within 5 days. By January 5, 2026, there was no update on my order status. After I lodged a complaint, the status changed to: Shipped To, but tracking showed: Pending Collection, which has remained unchanged since January 5, 2026. This has been a frustrating experience with this supplier.
I had a very disappointing experience with the supplier. I waited almost a month for my order, and none of my messages were answered during that time. There was no reachable phone number, making communication nearly impossible. When the package finally arrived, the box was damaged and the perfume bottle inside was completely empty. Despite sending several emails in different languages, I received no response. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from here.

Like many one-star reviews, the issues with this company stem from their delivery time expectations and parcel tracking. The delivery is extremely slow, and after 5 days of ordering, my order has yet to be dispatched. Their customer service is only available via email, and while they respond quickly, they cannot provide any information on the expected timeframe. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
There was a minor mistake in my order, so I reached out to customer service. I received a reply within two hours offering various solutions. I had a few questions, and from that point, communication and actions were very swift. Everything was resolved the same day. Since this was a gift, it helped me a lot, as I was still able to present it on time.
Delivery was fast as promised. Unfortunately, I thought I had ordered two 180 ml bottles, but when I checked the confirmation and received the order, it turned out to be two 100 ml bottles, which were much more expensive per ml. I reported the issue but only received the invoice in response. I didn’t find that very fair. However, after the supplier's response through this medium, my issue was resolved through personal contact. Thank you.
It has been days since I heard anything about my package. There is a lack of information, and I don't even know if my order exists. The tracking system is terrible. Unless you complain, you will not receive any updates. I look forward to a response regarding this matter.
Customer service is only available via email, and although the supplier never provided an estimated arrival date, they were somewhat clearer about my delivery day when I reached out. In the end, everything went well despite the initial lack of clarity. I would use this service again.
