Deeply Disappointed with the Service

If I could give it no stars, I certainly would. There's a noticeable lack of a professional team to address inquiries. I sent several emails inquiring why my profile was removed so quickly. I was informed that 'New Members' are not allowed to promote, despite the platform encouraging promotion. I had just created my account a few days earlier! I will not return!

Absolutely Frustrating Experience

I would give it no stars if possible. There seems to be a complete absence of a professional team to handle inquiries. I sent multiple emails asking why my profile was taken down so abruptly. I was told that 'New Members' aren't allowed to promote, even though the platform sets the stage for promotion. I had just started my account a few days ago! I will not be back!
