Traveling from the United States for surgery initially made me a bit nervous, but there was absolutely no reason to worry. The entire experience was incredibly well organized. They provided translators and arranged all hospital transfers, which made everything seamless and stress-free.
Most importantly, I am beyond happy with my results. My nose looks exactly how I envisioned — natural, refined, and beautifully balanced. It still feels like me, just enhanced in the best way. I feel so much more confident now, and I’m truly grateful to Dr. Niyazi for his skill and care.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Niyazi, and the result is exactly what I wanted. I am currently 5.5 months post-op, and most of the swelling has already gone down significantly.The anesthesia was very difficult for me personally, and my recovery from it was quite hard. Dr. Niyazi immediately arranged for a doctor to come to my hotel and provided an IV drip free of charge. After that, I had no further complications.I only experienced one issue which is a minor purulent inflammation related to my previous septum condition. I contacted the doctor online, followed his recommendations with a prescribed cream, and it resolved without further problems.It is extremely important to strictly follow all post-operative instructions. If you do everything carefully and exactly as recommended, the healing process goes smoothly.When my cast was first removed, I was honestly very upset, my nose looked huge and swollen. Even 2 moths post op it was kinda ugly 😭. However, by the 3-month mark, I was already in love with the result. Patience is key.The price was fair and reasonable, and the doctor is honest, professional, and has a clear aesthetic vision.Before rhinoplasty, my breathing was good overall, but when I inhaled strongly, my nostrils would collapse. Now I breathe just as well, but the nostrils no longer fully collapse when I inhale.My nose was naturally asymmetrical, and Dr. Niyazi did everything possible to improve its symmetry while keeping it natural.Overall, I am happy with my decision and my result.

Well, all my life I've had a very deviated septum, breathing problems, and a slightly deviated nose. I always thought I wanted to correct those details and have surgery. I decided to have my first surgery in my country, but I wasn't convinced by the results, aside from the fact that my breathing problems returned (memory of the cartilage).Then I discovered that Türkiye is TOP country for cosmetic surgery and that they're magicians with rhinoplasties. So, I decided to have my first revision surgery in Türkiye. I was very happy. For the first time in my life, my nose was functional! But aesthetically, it was very conservative with a very low angle, and I did want a more upturned nose: I missed that.Getting a nose job isn't an easy decision. You can imagine how nervous I was about having AGAIN another rhinoplasty! Many questions run through your head: What if something happens to my breathing? What if I don't like it later? What should I do?After analyzing it, I decided to get a new revision rhinoplasty for an Upturned nose. I'm over the moon for my new nose and new face (yup, that’s the power of rhinoplasty, it changes the whole face), my change is very noticeable. I feel brand new, refreshed!Immediately, this happiness transformed into tremendous self-confidence, self-esteem, motivation, and lots of selfies. Since I was already breathing perfectly, I told Dr. Niyazi that one of my fears/concerns was the breathing. But Dr. Niyazi took care of every detail, and my breathing is simply perfect: for sleeping, for the gym, for hiking, running, 100% perfect breathing. He is an ENT doctor; my breathing is simply perfect.
