Terrible experience with the service.

I had a very negative experience with the service. I bought a subscription and received an ID and password after payment, but the password was incorrect and didn’t work at all. When I tried to report the issue for a replacement account, their website was down, making it impossible to submit a complaint.
There is no adequate customer support either. I couldn’t chat with them, and their contact number was not available as advertised. There is absolutely no way to reach them for assistance.
This feels like a complete waste of money and time. Very unprofessional service with no support. I would strongly recommend others to avoid this service.
