DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. I bought this product around mid December with fast shipping promised in the purchase. The proudct did not arrive until mid January and was supposed to be a christmas present. After having a friend give the product to the recipient, because I had to travel out of the country, I was extremely disappointed to hear that the product was completely defective. After inquiring with a friend who also bought the product and experienced the same thing, I am incredibly disappointed with the organization as a whole. I reached out to inquire about the refund policy and was met with an automated response indicating that I was past the date — no help whatsoever. This is a waste of time and would not recommend.
The lamp wasn’t the main thing I ordered at all. Now it’s part of my evening routine every day. The light feels soft and not harsh, which helps after long days. I didn’t realise how much I’d use it. It just feels right in the space.
Concept was great but Sadly not once did it work as described. Got it as a gift for work gift exchange and by the time they let me know it didn't work was too latefor the refund/ exchange. Aldi u didn't read the fine print until I got charged for the VIP club. And I didn't realize it wasn't on US based company ( as u can tell I'm not a very savy online shopper) but over all very disappointed
This service is incredibly frustrating! My husband ordered a wand for me as a Christmas gift, which arrived on December 11th and was given to me on the 25th. Unfortunately, upon opening it, we discovered that the wand was defective. The button was completely caved in, making it unusable. We reached out to the support team right away with photos, but received a short email stating that we hadn't contacted them within 10 days of receiving it, so they couldn't process a refund. Living in Australia, we know that under local consumer laws, defective products that cannot be used as intended must be refunded, replaced, or repaired, regardless of the company's policies. Although this is a US company, they must adhere to local regulations when selling in Australia. We provided this information in our reply, but it's been nearly a month and they haven't responded.
I wish I could leave zero stars! This service is a scam! They sell poor-quality items and take your money! I bought a portable car heater for $44.98, and it was barely bigger than my hand. It arrived damaged and stopped working within minutes! I trusted the five-star reviews, but they seem to be fake and likely written by the scammers. If I had checked reviews about the service itself, I would have never ordered! I tried to get a refund through email, but they refused. Thankfully, I used a credit card for the purchase; otherwise, I might have faced greater issues. I later found out they charged an additional $29.99 to my card! I had to cancel my credit card, but at least the credit card company is issuing credits and sending me a new card. BEWARE!
All the negative feedback that's been shared is accurate! I was enrolled in an unauthorized membership, and they won't cancel it. I bought the item on December 13, 2025, as a Christmas present, but it arrived late. To top it off, it doesn’t even function properly—what a disappointment! This feels like a total scam.
I ordered four items but only received three. One is completely non-functional, another only emits smoke, and the last one works only a quarter of the time. The packaging was appealing, and I was really looking forward to using them, but now I feel regret over the money spent. I won't be buying again or suggesting this to others.
I have never felt so deceived by a purchase in all my years of online shopping. This item was nothing like what was advertised. The images were intentionally altered to make the Airplane Toy Set XL Emergency Rescue Play Set appear much larger and of better quality than it actually is. The advertised accessories are missing. Instead, there are four small plastic cars that don’t resemble the ones shown and don’t fit inside the toy airplane. All the markings on the toy are just stickers, and it took over 30 minutes to apply them. To make matters worse, the buttons activate lights and play Mandarin children's music, while we speak English. I spent $100 on this toy, which was meant to be my son's main Christmas gift. I can't afford to buy him another gift. I have to give him this toy, which is so disappointing and completely different from what I expected. I could easily find a similar toy for $10. I am extremely frustrated and feel completely misled by this site, leaving me unable to provide my son with the Christmas he deserves.
