I would think twice about this company,Started at £85 per month and now it’s £270 a month. Start cheap and then hike up the price, question it and it’s in the terms and conditions. Do your homework and read the terms if you can, need a magnifying glass. Gary

Change of voicemail message

I contacted Jamie as we needed our voicemail message changed. Due to high staff absence we needed to close the following day. I sent an email requesting that our out of office message changed to reflect this, and within less than an hour this had been actioned.

Thank you to Taylor, Jordan and Jamie for coming to the rescue at short notice to provide us with a temporary router to enable our phone lines and internet connection to work. From the first call, Jamie was able to divert the office number to my personal mobile and provide me with useful information regarding reasoning behind issue. Read the Contract Very Carefully

Very tricky company—be careful before signing any long-term contract. They attract you with a cheaper price at the beginning, but later the price goes up. Their wording is misleading, and you may not realize what you’ve agreed to until it’s too late. I would not recommend signing a long-term contract with Fiber Telecoms without reading everything very carefully.
