Today I scanned my face and they asked28.99 au for one month . I clicked and deduct money . After 10 min O cancelled subscription andcagain they charged58.99 dollars. Even I dont used their app dor a single minute. App was not useful for me. Now I have applied for refund. Lets see how it works. If they not refunded thid app is totally fake

I tried the app from Insta. Chosed a month application 19.90euros but then I got charged again 39.90euros without agreeing. I never receive an email with the subscription just emails that they havé deducted from my account. Try to log in throughly Lovi app but I never receive the code to log in. Now I’m stuck paying twice with nothing!

Great information and genuine service!

The information provided by this app is excellent and very authentic. Although the subscription may seem a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it. It helps in selecting the right products based on skin type. Additionally, their response time to inquiries is impressively quick.

Confusing app but great support response

The app is quite perplexing. Given the cost, one would expect to receive samples of various facial creams. I was taken aback to discover that I was charged twice. I recall pressing the first button to accept the subscription, but the second action is unclear to me. The silver lining is that I contacted the support team on Christmas Eve to cancel the subscription and request a full refund, and within hours, I received a response confirming it would be no problem. They apologized and assured me that my refund would be processed within five days. I anticipated a struggle, but the company handled it exceptionally well. I genuinely appreciate the idea behind this app. The pricing feels excessive for not receiving samples; instead, we get guidance on what to try. I enjoy the AI features and facial scan, but I believe there are improvements needed to elevate this app further. I rated it four stars due to the potential I see and the promptness in resolving my refund.

I made purchase by accident . And AI program was not helping. The next day Anna contacted me from Lóvi and fixed everything and made my refund. Thank you Anna .

I’m very disappointed with Lóvi

I’m very disappointed with Lóvi. I was automatically charged €39.99, even though I expected a one-time payment of €19.99 and haven’t used the app at all. I haven’t received a response to my emails. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable!!

Fraud scheme

I ordered a subsription for 19,99Eur after successfull payment I was offered something like ‘subsription bundle’, but I did not read the info carefully and pressed the button ‘sure’. I was instantly charged another 39,99 Eur via apple pay without any kind of consent request! I always have to confirm the payment, but this time this was not the case and cought me by surprise. I instantly canceled the non-wanted subscription and contacted customer service for refund, but they just sent me AI generated nonsense response. This app is definately a fraud scheme. 100% do not recommend using it.Upd 2025-09-25: I initiated refund request via Revolut, as well sent another mail to customer service and today I can confirm - I received the refund. Even though I appreciate this final result, but in general the whole experience was annoying and looked unfair.
