They take a long time to respond, and when they do, the solutions provided are inadequate. Waiting over a week for an answer only to receive a response that doesn't address my concerns is incredibly frustrating. I would not suggest using their services. Additionally, they sometimes close tickets without addressing customer inquiries.
This seems to be a recurring issue. They do not respond promptly to high-priority tickets. When they do reply, it seems they only want to address their own questions rather than mine. It's astonishing how they ignore my inquiries and instead start discussions on unrelated topics. It feels like they either lack knowledge or simply do not care, especially since there are limited options available here.
