Review Time
I am so disappointed with Fibretelecomsuk. Problem after problem since July 2025. They haven't got capability simple change over. Unfortunately, I wont be able to write everything here they put us through but all I will say don't trust them even you have confirmation email for your service. They can change it make you sign without realising what you just signed. Also, your internet or your phone can cut off anytime and when you try to get help, there is no help they don't answer your phone call. You have no one to help you. Especially if you run your business with phone and internet, you will suffer.
This review is for Fibre Telecom's technical department, we received a new router that for some reason did not work but Jamie and Luke over a couple of days tried their hardest to get this technophobe to get this to work. When it didn't work they organised a replacement that arrived next day and we were back up and running. Can't fault Jamie and Luke for their help and patience talking me through things and phoning back when they said they would.
