Ignore the positive reviews they cannot be genuine. This company is not transparent in explaining its contract terms. Watch out for eye watering price hikes after 18 months. Non of this is explained when entering into a contract with these people. BUYER BEWARE !!!
Would like to just say, this has been the worst experience dealing with any business in my life, from billing to communication, maintenance etc. everything is a struggle, accounts very rude, directors go back on all promises, maintenance non existent. started around £80, ended up around £600. rebate a struggle and always late, now non existent again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
From the very start Lenny simplified the whole process, gave suggestions to fit our needs and was very patient with my hectic schedule. He provided direct access for me to ask a ton of random questions. On installation day Jordan was an absolute godsend! We were having issues with our email system and he helped us through the set up, he was extremely patient tailoring and adjusting the system to our needs. Sophie & Stefan were running around in the background as we tried a variety of way to get past our firewalls. We would defiantly recommend Fibre Telecoms UK the staff have been so patient and helpful. You have a great team there!
Do not trust the positive reviews from new customers. Despite some very efficient and friendly technical staff (including Jamie, who has always been great), they sent salesmen (Gary, Lenny et al) who used extremely high-pressure tactics to get me to sign an incredibly long contract, and I was mortified at having done so when I realised what I signed.Do not even get me started on the Head of Legal and Billing - the first 18 months of my dealings with her felt like an endurance test and our recent bill has resurrected my frustration. I am currently lodging a broader complaint with the Ombudsman about Fibre Telecoms sales tactics. But a word of advice to anyone else who has just been lumbered with the random £99 annual "admin" fee for the billing department simply doing their job of sending a bill out every month... tagging a new fee onto your Christmas bill along with a hastily rewritten T&Cs is not fair game, and though £99 may only be a drop in the ocean of payments that leave your bank account, you can request a refund if it breaches your original contract. And if they refuse to refund it? You may have just attained the Holy Grail that is the right to exit your Fibre Telecoms contract with no further obligations, which for me, for now, remains an unobtainable dream.
AVOID THIS LYING, SNEAKY AND MANIPULATIVE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS….Where do I start? This company is like pulling teeth. From waiting over a year for missing items as per our contract, to our phone lines down, poor signal, multiple issues raised without resolution, to being coerced into a new updated and better platform contract to resolve all previous issues, to being promised no changes in monthly payments after months of incorrect and vastly expensive monthly bills, to now chasing for money owed to us in the hundreds of pounds all whilst being ignored. Like other reviews here, we have also started our proceedings with the ombudsman as they are attempting to deny what has been promised to us verbally and in writing. Awful company with awful service.
