Absolute lousy company!!. I was lied to about pricing was told for months it would be fixed. My service area at the time was being offered a 45$ a month package for switching from a competing fiber company. low and behold they have been charging me 105$ a month. Customer service is a joke they tell you the problem will be fixed next billing cycle and just to enable autopay. Since October 2025 i have called them every month to tell them my billing is incorrect and the wrong promotion was applied to my account. Should have stayed with GoNetSpeed they may have been a little more expensive but at least the customer service was good!
This service is incredibly frustrating. The wi-fi frequently disconnects and takes ages to reconnect. I can't understand why these problems keep occurring. It's not due to weather conditions. Please resolve these issues once and for all.

My experience was disastrous from the beginning. Despite notifying multiple representatives about an underground fence and flagging the wire, they still cut it, costing me $180 to repair. I overlooked this mistake but faced further issues with autopay. The app didn’t work, and when I called for help, I encountered frustrating delays. After promising a follow-up call, they never contacted me. I was charged extra for using a credit card and had to navigate a convoluted process to cancel my account. This entire ordeal cost me $330 for just two months. I will never use this service again.
