Review Time
For some reason I subscribed last year, there were much fewer topics than expected and the contents of them were barely as useful as free youtube videos, so I quickly unsubcribed in dissapointment from the service that was already quite overpriced, I thought that was it. Yesterday I noticed that I was charged again for 19,99 euro, so I contacted customer service asking for a refund since I’m not using it and I’m not planning to, I was a informed that my subscription to Nibble was canceled in december, but my subscription to “infographics” (which I understood is just the same as subscription to the app) was still active, and since the subcription was made via their website they have dont have to refund me.
After that i found out that I kind of missed their previous charge in january, so in total its 39,98 euro.
It feels like It is designed to get you interested via ads, and once you subscribe it is so nontransparent that you can’t easily unsubscribe, and even after you do they still keep taking you money. Be careful so you dont end up like me :)
Do not pay for this. It's a massive scam. They force you to subscribe through their website and when you realise the truth about their services, they hit you with "purchases made on our website are not refundable". The content is minimal and basic. You can learn more in a youtube video for free.

Absolutely shocking. I’m not talking about the app itself, I’m referring to the shady way i was charged for it. It said on the website $18 for a month, and i was charged two seperate payments for $20 and $28. I’m very annoyed, and I just want my money back.
This was my first lesson and I was delighted to learn new facts about this area even though my general knowledge was reasonable. I am realy looking forward to my next "lesson".
I like my time with nibble on my phone,I just wish I were more savvy at pulling it up.The icon just takes to a buy site so I return to old email and access it from there.bottom line is even though access is a bit of a pain,I spend way more than 20 minutes delving into lessons. plenty of subject matter,seemingly endless.

after some initial issues with logging on,probably due to my need to nibble on some tech bytes,I've really enjoyed the lessons. Short,very informative and easy to digest, my 20 minute commitment is out the window.These are very entertaining rabbit holes.that i gladly dive into. you,whoever you are should give nibble a try ,you won't be disappointed.
I signed up for a one-month subscription and immediately regretted it. They charged me three times: €14.38, €9.99, and finally €19.99, and I can't get a refund. On top of that, the app is nowhere near as good as it claims in its ads. I'm outraged by this scam. It would be more honest of them to offer a trial period.
J’ai pris l’abonnement pour 1 mois en m’inscrivant, j’ai tout de suite regretté. Ils m’ont facturé 3 fois : les 14,38€, 9,99€ et pour finir 19,99€ et je n’arrive pas à obtenir un remboursement. L’application n’est, en plus de ça, loin d’être aussi compétente qu’elle le prétend à travers ses publicités. Je suis outrée d’une telle arnaque. Ce serait déjà plus honnête de leur part de mettre une période d’essai.
I purchased the app off of an Instagram ad that talked about geography and travel insights. When I got access, it was a data dump of everything. I never used it and have tried to cancel multiple times. They don't respond to email and when you call the number, they tell you to send an email and then the call is disconnected. This is a total scam. Do NOT get roped into this mess!
Simple and straight forward app with lots of interesting facts. I already know a fair bit about biology. In saying that there's always more to learn and a lot of useful fun facts thrown into the mix.
Nibble takes your money dishonestly. Fraudulently misleading website and app. The exercises are also so pedestrian and clearly AI-generated that there is no value in a subscription; I never elected to pay for one, yet they charged me today. DO NOT CLICK ON THEIR ADS!
