It works well but needs some work to make it better. The amulet disconnects from my phone very easily. It would be very helpful if it kept that connection for longer. I also find myself using several different languages throughout the day. It seems to have some difficulty flipping between languages and providing accurate transcriptions.
I got my Fieldy device three days ago and I have been trying to get it started. The initial step is to connect the device using a code, but the code that is sent to my email does not work. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with customer service with no response. I am beginning to regret this purchase! I will repost if and when I am able to use this device, but for the moment, customer service is a disappointment.
The product is great and I like that it also tracks the time of day but I've noticed that it is missing alot even in a quiet room. So the actual transcript needs work. Summaries seem to make up for it a bit but my concern is that because the transcript isn't capturing everything it should and there Is no audio file to review that this is completely useless for anything that is important. As just a general helper throughout the day it is seems fine but I want it to be more reliable
I feel as though it works exactly as advertised. The app comes with very few instructions, so it is sort of learn by doing. However, even if there were instructions, I'm not sure I would have read them. I left it on by accident while listening to an action packed audio book, which got some hilarious results. I look forward to seeing how this tool is integrated into existing apps like Calendar and Reminders in the future.
