Review Time
The app is not working at all for me right more. I open it and it’s stuck on the update page then just closes on its own. This has been such a game changer for me with work and “disagreements” with my husband. I bought the newer generation that’s coming out hopefully next month and I’m just so excited!!
I am enjoying the ability to refer back to conversations/events from earlier in the day that would otherwise be forgotten. I also find it entertaining when the app gets some information wrong; the results can be hilarious! It’s also quite affirming in the way it offers commendation and gives positive feedback on the way I’ve handled daily tasks and challenges. It really feels like I have a new friend who’s job is to encourage and support me!
Loved it then realised it’s often not recording when I think it is. Combines multiple conversations and doesn’t recognise separate speakers. Also costly hmm. Got overwhelmed at the start regarding subscription offers that it kept flashing at me.Did a month on unlimited to see how I went. Now that’s lapsed and price gone from 5.99 unlimited to $29.99 a month - that’s a massive subscription cost and that combined with not recording a thing today, first day back at work after leave has me feeling so fooled by the subscription and tech of this thing.
I've been using this for 3 months now. I wore it at a conference and it did an incredible job of transcribing and summarizing talks given by speakers, who truly appreciated the fact that I was able to email them transcribed and summarized copies of their talks. I will probably get another one of these for my son before he goes off to college
Don't trust! I accidentally placed an order with them because it was unexpectedly a one step kind of thing.I immediately emailed to cancel. They replied shortly after that the orders ship immediately and that I'll have to receive it and then initiate the refund process then.A few days after I received an email that my order was getting shipped. He encouraged me to try it anyway, and I did.I was very unhappy with the fact the device is very very limited if you don't pay for subscription. I email to confirm I wanted to return it. They said the only way to do that is to ship it back to the US at my expenses, which from the UK is really expensive. I pointed out that I contacted them immediately and that it's unfair the cost would be on me.That's their reply:Hi Ivana,Thanks for reaching out, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused.We understand how disappointing it is when expectations around timing and cancellation aren’t met.
