Did not anticipate needing a subscription for adequate transcription time. This was quite disappointing (not mentioned in the advertisement). Even at $140 a year, 24 hours a month feels insufficient. The accuracy was also below expectations, with only around 60% of words being correct. Overall, I would rate it a 6 out of 10.
In our global community, the service not only takes excellent notes but also handles various accents well. This was a key reason for my purchase. Instead of struggling to catch every word, the system captures about 90%, allowing me to piece together the rest. Battery life is decent, though it lacks a charge indicator. A plan purchase is necessary for reliable use (to avoid running out of transcription time).
I appreciate its functionality. It creates lists for me to follow, which I find very helpful. Overall, I’m quite satisfied. However, I’ve noticed it struggles in noisy environments like my car due to road noise, and the same goes for my workplace (a restaurant). It would be great if there were a sensitivity adjustment for use in such settings. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic product. Keep up the good work!
