The cape is lovely

The cape is lovely. It just took a long time to get here; the original shipment was lost. Fifth Origins did arrange for a replacement to be swiftly despatched and kept me up to date on its progress.

Best customer service and perfect quality

The initial package was lost by the delivery company (or taken from my doorstep) and the support has been incredibly friendly and helpful in finding a solution. A second package was sent and arrived very shortly after.The cape is marvellous, vibrant colours and of high quality wool. It feels great and is extremely versatile. Definitely would buy again!

It never arrived!!!

I guess you name it infinity cape because one has to wait until the end of time to get it.I ordered the cape on February 27th and after 2 months the cape still hasn't arrived!Estimated delivery time is still unknown and I spent 158,40 euros for a cape I wanted to wear during spring but spring is almost over!It's nice to track the stage of making the cape but it would be nicer to guarantee a timely delivery as well.

Beautiful cape- terrible smell :(

Beautiful cape- terrible smell :( The cape I received smells so strongly of chemicals - sort of like gasoline- I have had to wash it 3x, and it is now hanging out in the sun. I am hoping this takes care of the horrible smell. I’m very disappointed. Even though this was a sample model, I would not have expected someone to ok something like this to be sent out when it smells so bad, it makes my head hurt. :(

What's not to love about these capes?!!

I was kept updated with my delivery.My cape arrived well packaged and it is GORGEOUS!!!! The colours are amazing and it is so warm and cosy. I'm going to get so much use out of it. I'm so glad I found Fifth Origins x
