I bought from this place before and it was fine, but this time I tried to return an item because it’s Not! what the advertised on the website, and I see no way to communicate with someone to do the return. Very disappointing:(
Awful service at Filler Lux.I placed my first order for a cream, but the package never arrived. Instead of offering help, they told me it wasn’t their problem because I didn’t pay for insurance. Completely unprofessional attitude — why should the customer be left worrying about shipping coverage? This kind of attitude might fly somewhere else, but we’re in the USA where customer service matters. After waiting weeks, I ended up losing $60. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
