Bought a Moonlight Ballpoint Pen before Christmas - it fell apart today !!!!! Proved absolutely impossible to put it back together again and get it working ..... so that does kind of beg the question how can you refill the pen with any Cross® standard ballpoint pen refills, as stated by Filofax ..... ???? My advise if to avoid this pen - its not fit for purpose and is not refillable - sorry Filofax but you just lost a loyal customer of over 30 years 😖😡🤬
Awful product availability, poor customer service.Every year they sell out of refills of their ‘two page a day’ diary, and every year this happens earlier and earlier. I contacted the customer service department today as to whether I could get hold of a copy of my usual refill- their answer was ‘we have sold out and have no plans to print any more’. Wow - what a backwards looking company. Are filofax deliberately trying to fail as a business? I wonder if the senior management know that their customer services department are turning away business…
I bought a very poor quality 143.33 euros leather diary. There were black dots on the cover, a greasy stain... It's shameful to sell this product at this price. It was quite urgent and for my professional activity. I sent my diary back and asked for a new diary. I'm going to have to lose another 2 weeks! I do not recommend filofax.
I have to say, don't know what's going on with this company of late. Bought an a5 centennial last year (this was the 100 yr anniversary range, they did especially for their 100 yr celebrations), limited edition. The leather started peeling. I would have expected better quality for the 100 year celebrations. I contacted Filofax. Below is the response I received: Hello Thank you for your email. We advise that we have not had any other problems with the leather in the Centennial range and the Organiser is unfortunately a limited edition and we no longer have stock of this product left. Kind regards, Rachel WastellCustomer Service AdministratorI spend alot of money with filofax, I am also a part of a 3500 strong Facebook planner community so can easily share my experiences with them. This email says "we don't want to deal with you, our products are great because no one else has had any issues, so go away!". This is not how to treat your customers. I certainly will not be buying from filofax again and will actively search out other brands in future for all of my organisers. It's a shame, customer services really let's you down. I wasn't expecting a new filofax, I know it was a limited edition but I have a peeling organiser now, and am wondering if it is real leather and I would have expected something back for the fact that their organiser has already deteriorated after 8 months use. Filofax, you have lost a loyal customer, and by the looks of the reviews on here, you are losing alot more.
I ordered a 2022 diary insert almost 2 weeks ago. It has not arrived. Filofax customer services have not even opened my emails requesting information on the status of my order. Their email address is the only contact method available. I have searcherd in vain for a telephone contact number to speak to a real person.I shall never order from Filofax again. Hopefully if they read this review they will sort it out!
I have purchased some refils for my filofax notebook on filofax's official page to be delivered in Portugal. Actually Filofax have created a filofax.pt page, from where you can access their official page, so I was too innocent not too think I would have to pay a massive amount to border control services to be able to receive it. Actually, I have spent aroun 30 pounds for the goods + 7.5 pounds for delivery + 57 euros!!! to be able to receive the refils, so, in the end, almost 100 euros for the refils, which is simply absurd! They work with DHL for delivery purposes and, for some reason, it was impossible to simulate costs before agreeing to this, but well... naive again.... have the most expensive notebook refils ever, so don't even bother to buy if you are not in the UK. Totally not worth it. I like the notebook, but even on amazon europe it is really difficult / expensive to buy the refils, so I will just abandon Filofax and search for a european friendly version.
I ordered two sets of refill diary pages for delivery to France and it turns out that Filofax France is actually Germany. Our package started off with DHL who gave us limited amounts of information and was then passed to La Poste who were more communicative but in all it took 12 days.We thought 6€50 for postage was a bit steep, for not very heavy envelope although it was signed for delivery.
