Called me up out of the blue saying I had submitted a request for help on their web page. Never even heard of them till they called up. When I said no I don't need their help, Tried Phishing for address details and other such details that if I had applied to them for help, they would have had. When accused of Phishing, Guy panicked and went back to parroting his script about me requesting financial help, which I again told him I hadn't. He just tried to phish for postcodes and details again. Absolute garbage behaviour and completely unwarranted.
At NO point have I applied for this service, so how they have my details I don't know, but not impressed by this interaction.
I was contacted very swiftly by phone by an advisor, after registering my initial interest in financial advice. She was very friendly, clear and helpful and immediately arranged a meeting for me with a local firm. I felt confident that I was being offered genuine advice, tailored to my needs.

I spoke to DILLON today he was very helpful and put me at ease. After giving the necessary information about my two private pensions he was able to find me a local Independent Financial Advisor for a face to face appointment for the following week. Very impressed and would recommend Hilltop Financial Planning.
