This service is an absolute life saver. My prescription has been back ordered and impossible to find, and because it's a controlled substance I was having to individually call each pharmacy and hope that I could speak with someone who could. Works well in NYC not so much in LA. Terrible at calling LA, will lie and say that they found it and then when you have your prescription sent to that pharmacy, they'll say it's out of stock. Not sure if it's a new AI program or what, but hella frustrating.
