Sadly gave me migraine type headaches and worse anxiety after using 2 days in a row, due to being away through sickness I missed the 30 day deadline for returning by a week, have requested a refund anyway and they kindly accepted
As an American, I'm really glad to have come across this. I typically don't venture into what I consider unconventional products, but after learning about the FDA situation, I thought I'd give it a shot. Whether it's a placebo effect or not, after just a week, I feel significantly lighter, more cheerful, and engaged. It's truly astonishing.
It’s unbelievable how many people are unaware of this! I will keep advocating for it, as I’ve experienced a 95% improvement in my depressive moods in just 5 weeks. I was on the verge of returning to antidepressants, which I truly wanted to avoid! A friend recommended this, and it has transformed my life. My severe PMDD symptoms have also improved by 85% this month. I genuinely hope this continues. It has been a remarkable change, and I’m excited to see what the next 5 weeks and more will bring!
Having battled major depression and anxiety for years, I felt medications were ineffective. After weaning off them, I faced worsened symptoms during a challenging time. This is when I decided to try the Flow Neuroscience headset, hoping for a change.
Dr myself. Practitioner health trial. Week 9 now (including a restarted activation phase). Was so hopeful as something different (no antidepressants have helped).
Currently weekly review depression score is 2 worse than when started 9 weeks ago, fluctuates up and down a little +/- 5-10% but often situational (dropped significantly during my week on a beach AI holiday for eg).
Don't feel any different at all to be honest, will continue until I've used all the pads up but then return.
There's associated CBT type courses that you can do alongside but it's talking to a chat bot and no way to "read ahead" so I found it somewhat irritating/patronising so stopped using.
All the facebook reviews are very positive but not sure how sensored they are, as my lack of improvement review never shows up, posted repeatedly?
What I do find odd (doctor hat on here) is all the stats are quoted like 80% reduction, 50k users etc... yet the biggest study dataset they list has only got 150 patient's in it. This is a tiny tiny tiny number in terms of normal research data, just seems a bit 'odd' that they haven't done larger studies to gather more evidence

After 9 weeks of using this device, including a restarted activation phase, my depression score has actually worsened. Initially hopeful, I've seen only slight fluctuations in my condition. While there are CBT courses available, I found them frustrating and stopped using them. Positive reviews on social media seem questionable, as my own lack of improvement has not been acknowledged. The quoted statistics regarding user success seem misleading given the small sample size of their studies. The support team has been responsive, but overall, my experience has been disappointing.
Unfortunately, this device caused my anxiety to escalate dramatically, leading to panic attacks and feelings of depersonalization. I only used it for two weeks, but it has left me dealing with PTSD and has made daily life challenging. I was hoping for an alternative to antidepressants, but this experience has worsened my anxiety significantly.
Initially skeptical due to past medications and therapies, I decided to give this device a try under my clinician's guidance. I'm glad I did, as it has positively impacted my mood and quality of life, helping me manage negative thoughts more effectively. The cost is high, but I haven't experienced any side effects so far.
