I’m really impressed with Fine Awards. From my first contact with our sales rep, Melissa, to unboxing the finished custom awards, the entire experience was professional and thorough. Melissa was helpful and guided us throughout the process. The proofing and design approval stages were transparent and efficient. The team even expedited production to meet our tight deadline. The shipping costs initially seemed high, but it was clear why once the package arrived. Everything was packed very carefully to ensure safe transportation. The awards themselves are outstanding! They're high-quality, heavy acrylic, true to proof, and finished with thoughtful details like rubber feet on the base. The awards definitely exceeded my expectations. Custom projects like these aren’t inexpensive, but Fine Awards really delivers on the quality and service you pay for.
Communication with your organization was very challenging. Jake was a great person to work with, but it was difficult to obtain information on confirmation regarding shipping. We were told that our product would ship on Monday, 10/21 and did not receive it. Our event was on 10/22 and I had to make multiple attempts to track down when it would arrive. Packaging was very sloppy when it arrived and inconsistent. The awards themselves were very nice, but not sure if we would use your services again.
