Review Time
Placed a small, simple order. Didn't receive or hear anything for over a month. Finally reached out to inquire and was told that the item was out of stock and they were sending me a refund. Would they have said or done anything if I hadn't contacted them over a month later? This was my first and last time attempting to do biz with these guys 👎
The price of my purchase was much cheaper than anywhere else. I received it in a timely manner. My only suggestion...notify the customer when the package ships. The same day I was planning to email the company inquiring about my package, I received it in the mail. Very happy with my purchase.
I order some Copic markers from this company on 2/16/2023…… after several emails…. Because they NEVER answer the phone or return phone calls, I still have not received my markers or a refund, and here we are in the middle of March! Although someone has said that supposedly this company has refunded my money…… longest wait time on a refund I have EVER had. This company’s customer service stinks about as bad as a flaming dumpster of used crappy diapers!!!! Don’t waste your time or money ordering from this company ppl.
I placed an order in January and in March the item still has not arrived. I have contacted customer support by emailing and calling, and have not heard back from them. I hope they will respond soon because I will request a refund.
