I bought an umbrella that is faulty and won't open properly. I have contacted them several times about returning it for a refund, but after weeks of waiting and multiple reminders, I still have not received any reply. I strongly discourage buying from this vendor!

This company is a complete scam; they do not respond to emails and I haven't received any tracking information. I lost my money and urge others not to buy anything from this company. They ask for more details, but you won't get an update or an email. I'm still waiting for a tracking code after their initial response, but nothing has happened.
On May 14th, I ordered and paid for a product through a social media ad but received no email confirmation, order number, or tracking information, let alone the product itself. I want to cancel my order and get a refund, but customer service has not responded. I do not recommend making a purchase here!
