Order 456220After numerous emails trying to get in contact regarding delivery date I finally received the item one month later . I am flabbergasted about the quality let alone the size is not true match . Way too small for the size they advertise .On 12 July I started (again) the nightmare to get in touch with their customer service to request the return label. Are they waiting for the time to return the item to expire ? Completely disappointed with this webshop.Finebay If you read this can you provide the return label? (Under the consumer law)Thanks
I am writing here because the return system is terrible. One week after I sent an e-mail regarding a return, still no reply. I have sent the e-mail 3 times... The sizing information could be refined. ____Updates: This review helped, as I got contacted by the team and my problem was solved. I understand you are new on the market, I wish you all the best and please update your return system as this is not productive. Also, the trouser sizing description could also include the length.
