I just saw your reply to my review and your response is generic and does not reflect the reality of this situation.I still have no concrete information whatsoever about my order: no carrier name, no last physical scan or location, no confirmation that the parcel has even been dispatched, and no delivery timeframe. In emails, responsibility continues to be shifted to “the carrier,” despite the fact that under consumer law the retailer remains fully responsible for delivery and for the actions of any courier.I am also deeply concerned to see that many customers have been reporting the same issues for several months — blocked orders, no tracking, no updates. This clearly indicates a systemic fulfilment failure, not an isolated incident.Given the current pattern and the inability to account for paid goods, I would strongly advise customers not to order from your UK website at this time, as you do not appear able to reliably fulfil or track orders.It is unacceptable that there is no possibility to speak to a responsible person directly, only generic written replies, particularly for high-value orders.Unless I am provided with concrete operational evidence of shipment, this matter will be reported to Citizens Advice as a case of potential non-delivery and failure to meet basic consumer-protection obligations.I am not asking for apologies. I am asking for verifiable facts: whether the goods have actually been dispatched, where they are, and when they will be delivered.

Following my initial review

Following my initial review, the situation has unfortunately not improved.After confirming receipt of my return parcel, FromFuture now claims that only one item was received, whereas two sweaters from two separate orders were returned together in the same parcel.The refund is now being conditioned on providing a sworn statement and a copy of my ID, which I find disproportionate and inappropriate in this context.As of today, the refund is still not completed.The lack of resolution and the way this case is being handled are extremely disappointing.

Non- existent support. Avoid unless you are willing to take risk of things not going as planned.

I spent over £200 on my purchase from From Future. The order was shipped from France to my address in UK by DHL, who bomabrded my with emails and text messages prompting me to provide a copy of government issued ID, which feltlike a fraud. I unwilling to send a copy of my passport to a courier over internet to get some sweater delivered- this a matter of me keeping sensitive data about me secure.The only way to get in touch with From Future to ask for refund was to open a support ticket via a form on the website. You can't call them. When I raised a ticket I recieived an automated email saying that someone will look into my query in 2 working days. It has now been more than a week and my query remains unanswered. I sent 2 follow up requests aking for updates and still noone gpt in touch.It is my very first time ordering from From Future.Very dissapointed with non- existent customer service and support.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with From Future.I placed an order on the 26th of November for a sweater that was meant to be a gift. At the moment of purchase, the delivery was clearly communicated as taking only two to three business days. We are now well past that and the item has still not arrived.What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. There has been no proactive update, no clear explanation for the delay, and no reliable response that gives any confidence about when or if the order will actually arrive. For a brand positioned at a premium level, this is simply unacceptable.When you are buying a gift, timing matters. The delay and silence have made this experience stressful and have completely eroded my trust in the brand. At this point, I would not recommend ordering from From Future if you need reliability or even basic customer communication

Poor customer service

I own several cashmere jumpers from From Future and they are gorgeous. On each occasion I have placed an online order however, the whole process is agonizing. They do not have a good logistics / procurement department so be warned that packages are delayed or, in my case, don’t arrive. They need to improve this side of things to match the quality of the product.

Excellent products! The express delivery took much more than it was written on the website, but after contacting the customer service at least the money for the shipment were returned due to the delay.
