The rack, although cheaper than a handmade version, was poorly designed and too small for standard plates. This raises concerns about the quality and usability of their products. I won't be returning to this service, as they need to improve their product sourcing and provide better information.
I purchased two wicker planting baskets from the company. The first one was excellent, but the second was clearly of inferior quality. I expressed my dissatisfaction because I needed a matching pair. The product looks nice and was easy to install. However, I mistakenly assumed the plate rack would fit my dinner plates. Even though I checked the dimensions, my plates are too large. Now I have a visually appealing rack but still need to store my plates elsewhere. I might have to buy new plates.
