I’m new to Forex, but I’m learning to trade with Fintrix. I give them 5 stars for their very nice support. They reply quickly by email and help me with all my questions. In the future, I would like to see more advanced learning materials and clearer guidance for new traders.
Had a recent experience registering with them for trading. The verification was somehow fast (basically within half an hour it was done), even if they requested some info from me during the onboarding time. The deposit went through, and I was ready to trade. By the way, a small remark: after opening a trading account, I could not deposit funds without verification. It was not clear straight away that this was the issue. Maybe a remark should be on the main page that verification is required before deposit and trading. For the rest, good broker; will continue to see how it goes.
