This bank markets itself as a bank for profit first accounting, but it doesn't allow you to set up profit first auto transfer rules. You have to manually calculate every deposit and transfer the money to each corresponding bank account manually. I set up 2 businesses , 7 properties and 40 accounts, before I realized the bait and switch was pulled on me. Do not waste your time if you want a true profit first bank. This is not that at all.
It's adequate for fundamental banking needs, but as a platform for landlords, it lacks many essential features. One major drawback is the inability to handle lease addendums. If you want to facilitate a tenant's legal move-out, you're out of luck. The support team is trying their best, but most of my inquiries are met with variations of "that's not possible, but here's an alternative."
I required assistance with drafting my lease, and the representative was incredibly helpful, patient, and thoughtful. I will definitely utilize the platform again in the future due to this positive experience and their transparency!

Baselane customer service is fantastic. Very quick to respond to any question, extremely helpful and always professional. As a single property landlord, the Baselane service has been invaluable, making everything so easy. Having the ability to offer tenants autopay is great.
Update: Once threat of legal action was submitted, and a few levels of management later they were able to resolve the issue. I am filing criminal charges for theft and suing for violating their client contract. They are unable to provide the funds collected on my behalf to me via ACH, check or cash. Incompetent at best, a Ponzi scheme at worst. Do not use.
