I ordered a one-inch stamp for Farm Fresh Eggs but received a 1/4 inch golf ball stamp instead. The print is too small to read. I've tried reaching out to the support team but have not received a response. It's clearly a mistake, and the included directions for the golf ball stamp make no sense.
I placed an order in October but never received a confirmation number or shipping details. The links on the site didn't work. It’s very concerning to have to send multiple emails just for basic information. When they finally responded, they asked for an order number that I never received. I had to provide a screenshot of my bank transaction to get any order details. Although one item was delivered, the other hasn’t arrived yet, and there's been no communication about it. This has been a frustrating experience, and I won't order from here again.
