Amazing service from the team at Guitar Guys - I recently purchased a 1999 Gibson J45, as promised the guitar arrived next day exactly as described. I'd certainly recommend using them.
From start to finish a really good experience. The images of the guitar on the website were fantastic quality. My whole transaction was with a chap called Will who was friendly and quick to respond. I part exchanged a couple of items too which was super efficient and I was happy with the prices offered. As for the guitar itself... wow. Simply superb. Gorgeous condition, beautifully set up. Absolutely love it. Thank you!
Part-ex prices were fair and guitar purchased was accurately described and well-priced. A relatively small selection of acoustic guitars in the showroom (this side of the business is young and developing nicely) but those on offer were high-quality instruments. No pressure and I was left alone to try any of the guitars for as long as I wished. In summary, an excellent shop.
I arranged to visit Guitar Guys at their store near Leamington to try a Fender Telecaster and was really impressed. Very friendly and welcoming in a comfortable environment where I was able to try the guitar with no pressure. Guitar was just as advertised and a very easy transaction. Very knowledgeable staff and a great collection of both guitars and basses, so definitely worth a visit.
